Yvette Teeples relocated to the Lake Norman area about 2 ½ years ago from Southern California. The lake lifestyle was one of the main reasons for her and her family settling in Denver. She lives in a waterfront Crescent Community with her husband and 2 children.

John joined our team as Property Manager & Broker and, with his incredible work ethic
and proven success with foreclosures, has taken over our Investment & Property
Management Division.
Having had great success over the last few years working with
investors in particular, John has helped us promote conceive and promote
our resession proof‘Turn-Key Investment Package’ and is also involved in
running our Property Management Division. John currently
resides in Cornelius…….. although it is obvious when you meet him
that he is a full-blooded New Jersey native. We are very happy

Bill Ingle |

Bill grew up in Mooresville on a small farm and has seen the Lake Norman area transform. Like most young men, his first passion was cars....but he also had a strong interest in buildings, land and homes. While spending most of his career in the sport of NASCAR as a Crew Man, Crew Chief & Team Manager, in his free time he bought, leased & sold commercial properties. Bill has also owned over 20 residential homes, most of which he renovated, added on to or changed in some other manner before selling.
Having obtained his Broker license, Bill plans to concentrate primarily on commercial properties. His vast experience with construction, investments, owning his own business and knowing the history of our area gives Bill the background to offer sound advice and guidance to his clients. |

Originally from Winston-Salem, my family has owned waterfront property on Lake Norman as a second home since the early 70's. My love for the Lake Norman community prompted me to move here 11 years ago. I am a former Loan Officer, Property Acquisition Manager for a national Investor and small construction company owner.
