Kelley Ireland, the Owner and Broker-in-Charge, has been personally involved full-time in real estate for over 17 years. She has been involved in the creation of residential subdivisions, with land development, the building of many high-end homes and has also ventured into commercial planning & development. Her knowledge and personal experience in real estate gives our clients a whole new level of service.

Having been left unsatisfied in her own real estate buying & selling experiences, Kelley decided to get her NC Real Estate Broker license and to try offering the skills she had been looking for in a Broker. Within a short period of time, she was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer outselling most agents in the area. Today, she shares her philosophy on selling real estate with the team of brokers that have joined our company. We have a team of bright, energetic Agents that have a passion for real estate.
